Was not hiring 15 years ago but periodically looked at ads. Back then I would give it an 8. Now I say 1 or 2. I like the clean-cut "all American boy next door" type look. Doesn't seem to be in vogue these days, or those types aren't in the business any longer or hardly ever advertise.

I've never ask ahead of time, but most of the ones that I've had do swallow, especially after the first meeting. A couple of first timers did so but seem "surprised" which I thought odd since a pro should be able to tell by a couple/three indicators that the end is a second away, lol.
