The key words would be "several times". They vet their clients. If they want to see you again, they do a good job, and if not you'll get a perfunctory or even a lousy experience. It could be based on physicality, chemistry, hygiene (yes, I've seen clients walk in who seem like they haven't showered for days), demeanor, or tip.
