At what point is it acceptable to ask a provider for the password to their private photos ? Usually I find the public photos sufficient. As someone who is hiv positive I strongly disagree. I always disclose my status in an email and tell the person that If they are not comfortable with that I understand. I do this as a protection for myself as well because depending on the jurisdiction you are in not disclosing can get you in legal trouble, this way I have the disclosure ( and consent) in writing.
