Hi CS - we would welcome you to the events and you may certainly bring a guest, as long as you have informed me beforehand. In addition to needing to know how many people for the restaurants, and for my chef de cuisine, Epigonos, I must know who will be in my home, as I'm sure you understand. This year I was taken aback by having some people I didn't know about show up at my home on Sunday afternoon. Someone had apparently give them an invitation without clearing it with me. There were a couple who attended that I had been asked about in a polite manner prior to the gathering and I was happy to meet them. Come and join us!

I have had requests from some who like to plan ahead for next year's dates. Is it too soon? If not here goes - Saturday, April 13 and Sunday, April 14. Cum and enjoy!

I hope all of you had as good a time as I did! Thank you to my chef de cuisine, Epigonos - you outdid yourself. What's up for next year? Thank you to my new assistant, Nate Newman, otherwise known as "Phildo" who delayed his trip to New Zealand for me. Thank you to Steven Kesslar for the loan of certain items - do I owe storage fees? Thank you to all who attended for making this another successful gathering. See you all next year???

Please mark your calendars for the Weekend – April 14 and 15, 2018. Specifics will not be posted here, in order to preserve confidentiality. Therefore, if you are serious about attending this year’s events, please send me an e-mail (if you know it) or “private message” with your return e-mail address so that I may send you the pertinent information as it unfolds. Your confidential information will be respected, as I expect mine to be. The first order of business will be dinner reservations, followed by RSVP’s for the pool gathering at my temporary residence. If you will be bringing a “guest”, please tell me who. That information will also be kept confidential, unless you say otherwise. Attendance by escorts (by themselves or as someone's guest) is greatly encouraged. If you will be coming from out-of-town and need accommodations, you should arrange for those ASAP, if you have not already. There have been several suggestions put forth in the previous thread concerning possible accommodations. Again, the dinner will be early Saturday evening, April 14, and the pool gathering will be in the afternoon of Sunday, April 15. If you have any questions, please ask in your e-mail or message. I look forward to renewing acquaintances and meeting new ones! Come and enjoy!
