I contacted him tonight. He sent the attached rate card. It's very graphic designed. It seems a bit much for this area (both rates and the effort). It's a little weird that the first line is "any donation to me is solely for my time," but yet, there's rates for time and list of activities. Also, I would never give a "donation" up front.
