Every person is different, but here's my input. Get a better urologist. One who will actually discuss your issues. Pills don't work very well for me. At $40 each, that's annoying. Tri-Mix (injection) works for me but not always. At $20 per injection, at least it's not pill prices. sometimes I can top for an hour on Tri-Mix, sometimes it's only good for five minutes.
