I'm talking about the general atmosphere things like warmth, communication, pacing, and how they make you feel when you walk through the door. Do you find yourself gravitating toward certain demographics because of a specific "vibe" they provide, or is the connection purely about individual chemistry for you? Since I'm new to this and considering hiring someone, I was wondering if these listed hourly rates typically include outcall fees, or if that's usually considered an extra cost? Also, what's the standard etiquette for tipping in situations like this?
