Communication with him was extremely unpleasant. he’s picky, which fine, he has every right to choose his clients. however, he got really serious about the deposit when I talked to him. mind you, he wasn’t even gonna be town for another few weeks. i felt uncomfortable giving him so much up front. I would’ve preferred locking in plans closer to the date he’d be in town, but he was super difficult about getting the deposit upfront. Overall, pick your poison. If he seems worth it to you, go ahead. However, his rates are high and the deposit is a bit of a hassle.
