I can only tell you my experience. I don’t know if it’s universal but I’ve been taking it for a long time and I can tell you that now I don’t even notice anything, but it still works. At the beginning, it takes some time to get used to it.
The first thing I noticed was that food did not taste good for a long time and I would go out to eat, and I wouldn’t even want to finish the food on my plate. I lost all enjoyment of food for a while there.
Very quickly, I noticed weight loss like I’ve never seen before.
After several months, I started to feel like I hit a plateau, but for reasons I’m about to explain that was all in my head. My doctor at the time was not very knowledgeable about it as she let me skip a dose increase so I went up 2 levels instead of one. I don’t remember which dose I landed in but holy crap, I got disgustingly sick after taking that increased dose to the point where I just felt absolutely disgusting for a whole week: serious painful bloating, farts that smelled like death, burps that tasted like rotten eggs. The bloat was so painful that I could not sleep for three days.. don’t skip levels. Once you injected, there is nothing you can do but wait for the agony to end.
I went back down to the correct increase. Things got normal again after about a week and still didn’t feel like much was going on but weight was still falling off uncontrollably. The weight loss was glorious.
Now I just take it regularly and I’m at probably the lowest weight of my adult life and it’s stabilized. Food tasted fine again and I’m used to eating less. I don’t have the feeling that I need to eat when I’m bored.
So I think if you get past the initial discomfort, the initial hatred of food, and, I’m not gonna lie, some very disgusting burps and farts and your body gets acclimated to it, which can take many months, It’s easy. There’s no side effects at least for me and the weight stays off.

I have been talking to him for a few days. I did due diligence prior to meeting and found this post a couple of days ago. I decided to meet with him anyway based on other reviews, our conversation, and the general circumstances surrounding the meeting. I have no way to weigh the original poster's experience, but I had an amazing time. Quite frankly, I woke up with "that glow" and I think I might be pregnant 😉
I'm guessing there was just some general disconnect between the escort and the poster because I was treated with nothing but care and respect, and I got my money's worth for sure and then some. I'm pretty sure I will see him many times again in the future. Caveat: His understanding of English is not very great when it's spoken, so perhaps there was a series of miscommunication that led to an uncomfortable experience at the time of this posting. Fortunately, I speak a small amount of Spanish and I was able to navigate that issue, and everything went fine. So just to be clear, I'm not saying that the original poster was being unfair. I think he was probably just expressing his experience, and I am saying that I do not believe that this escort intentionally tries to give anyone a bad experience. His behavior with me, through a couple of days of chatting as well as our meeting, was nothing but respectful and kind and playful, and I'm certainly glad that I met him.
I will say that I am new here and, having scrolled through the forums after I found this post, I think that some of the opinions expressed on this site regarding ecorts are a little harsh or unsympathetic or flat out rude, and I do think that they treat these people as less than human sometimes. Just my two cents. I don't think that it is helpful to maintaining the legitimacy of this site, which I think has a very important purpose in protecting people from certain activities. Ranting about every hookup that goes awry is not going to highlight the most important issues and, in fact, will just water down the severity of the ones that should be given attention. Sometimes I wonder whether the person complaining acted this way with the escort, and if so, is that why the escort either did not perform well or decided not to perform at all? I can't say I would blame them if somebody was talking to them like that or treating them like that in person.

Met him in Nov 24. We hooked up twice. Now we are real-life besties (seriously). He is really special. He takes his work very seriously and he will do almost anything to make it special for his client. Treat him right or I will find you 😉.
