No doubt! Nowadays when there are other ways to meet for sex places like this are for the desperate. I had a friend who was out of shape and unattractive... nobody would even talk to him in a gay bar, he would only get sex in places like this where HE WAS THE ONLY CHOICE, it was either getting a blow job by him while thinking of someone/something else or going back home to your wile/parents horny. STDs can happen everywhere. Maybe some might think because we hire escorts we're asking to get infected.

Maybe he's closeted or assumes most folks don't know about him. We don't know much about him except the profession he claims to have. I had a friend who believed no one was able to tell he was gay, he called him The Queen of The Nile, he was an exceptional case.
