Agreed, most of Florida, except South Beach is nothing but a boring suburb. The only good thing about FL is the coastline, something other states also have to offer. I understand why some folks sell their house and move to another state, a million won't get you much in NY but you'd be rich in most of the country. Life is all about choices!
