Sorry but usually the young men I hire or the ones who are members of my family do this thing called: "having your shit together/road map/plan" and they all have accounts to pay for college or other expenses and sooner or later get a secured CC. My youngest hire ever was 23, I never asked him if he had CC to be honest.

Any person over 21 years old who says he doesn't have a CC is lying or he needs to get one... You can always hire someone who has a place to host and if he doesn't just move on to the next ad.
