They can also create a new profile while keeping the same cell/emails for their regulars to keep contacting them. Some websites like RM might have an issue allowing 2 profiles with the same contact information... Stalkers do happen in this business, a former client might become fixated with an escort. Rebranding as @VictorPowers said could be a good reason for him to "refresh" himself and start a new because of bad reviews or any other reason. Also how long can someone call himself a jock? Bodies also transform, mature and age, maybe NYCotter wants to be known as NYCbear/cub in the future. Styles change, what about adding the term hipster to a profile after few piercings and tattoos. Actually nobody will accept he's a hipster Tony Bishop for instance has one profile for S&M things called "Sir Tony" for M.A.L., and his regular one.
