    @Mocha No city will be perfect, just make a list of the pros and cons of each city and pick. If you don't like it or you think after a couple of months you had enough clients just move somewhere else. I guess we can scratch Dallas and all other cities from Texas off the list, right? Would you apply all/most of this characteristics to Bible Belt cities?
