Exactly! Instead of talking for a couple of minutes now people prefer to text for hours. Makes no sense Specially when the first text message it might be: “hi”. I understand texting an address or a message saying “I am on my way” or “I just parked” but making plans by text takes longer. @Dave Still requires a phone call by a first time client
