I want to add some context here, since I actually know them outside of this forum. I’ve known both of them for years. 
We’re all Brazilian, and we even lived together in the past.
I know their character and their general way of dealing with people, and based on my personal experience, I’ve never known them to be dishonest, predatory, or intentionally threatening.
That said, I do think the communication in the situation was handled very poorly. The tone of the messages, specially coming months later, reads as agressive and understandably made people uncomfortable.
I don’t believe there was malicious intent, but I do believe the communication style was a serious misstep. Two things can be true at the same time: someone can have gold character and still handle a situation badly.
Hopefully this can be taken as a feedback.

Oh c'mon. They have a long good reputation as evidenced by their many positive reviews and the non-existence of any complaints or hints of shady behavior.
Someone screwed them, and they made a mistake identifying the wrong person... for which they've now apologized.
Move on.
I haven't even met these guys (yet), but maybe I'm untroubled by this because I've never had the pleasure of meeting guys as perfect as you all!

I just had a session with Thiago and definitely recommend him. His massage strikes a great balance between therapeutic and erotic elements. He’s just handsome as in the photo and very masculine.

I had an hour session with Thiago last month.  Generally had same experience as seaguy206, but valued Thiago's personality and conversation as well.  Nice guy, will see him again.  Though he probably isn't giving himself enough time between massages.

I don't recall @seaguy206 saying that he fell off the table. 😊

I saw Thiago last week and everything seaguy206 says is accurate.  There was plenty of room for him to move around the table when he worked on me.  I can't speak for seaguy206, but my session remained on the table.  YMMV.  

So I decided to take one for the team.  He looks like his pix (although I saw him in the evening and the lighting was dim).  He's a nice guy who wants to make sure you're comfortable.  He does start with a strong massage on your feet, which was nice.  The rest of the massage was ok, varying depth, but the real focus is on the sensual aspects.  There is a lot of body contact.  Personally I'd prefer a better therapeutic massage, but if you're looking for primarily a sensual experience he might be a good choice.

To @softhorizon. I largely agree with @njr47, @westernise, @lunarbinesf, and @Moke above.
Received a 60min out-call to me in December 2025. Posted pics are accurate. Provider is pleasant, well-travelled, and multi-lingual. He radiates a calm, masculine energy that I enjoyed greatly, all with a deep-registered voice. No upsells attempted by him. Massage was a "B" grade, but I have reason to believe that he's capable of giving an "A-minus" massage. Kid you not...I'm looking forward to a 90-min massage from ThiagoSF, whenever that might be considering his SF residence.

I saw Thiago today and really enjoyed my session with him.  He’s really easy to communicate with, clear about his services and cares about your experience.   I agree with the comment about his masculinity—it’s strong but sexy and not overbearing at all.  The massage was really good and the sensual parts equally so.  After seeing many SF masseurs, he’s only one of a handful I’ll see again.   I definitely recommend him.
