Hello. Provider here (ThiagoSF). I want to add some context here, since I actually know them outside of this forum. I’ve known both of them for years. We’re all Brazilian, and we even lived together in the past. I know their character and their general way of dealing with people, and based on my personal experience, I’ve never known them to be dishonest, predatory, or intentionally threatening. That said, I do think the communication in the situation was handled very poorly. The tone of the messages, specially coming months later, reads as agressive and understandably made people uncomfortable. I don’t believe there was malicious intent, but I do believe the communication style was a serious misstep. Two things can be true at the same time: someone can have gold character and still handle a situation badly. Hopefully this can be taken as a feedback.
