I don't think the one who agreed to a two hand session should have done so unless they were confident that they could follow through. Reading the ad, I get the sense that one of them may be the more established and possibly trained therapist (and not the one you were trying to schedule) so if the other one is less experienced that may be another reason he (or the partner) was unwilling to go forward with you solo. I have had some good luck with 4 hands - they are definitely pricey so not the norm, but in almost every case I have found both of the masseurs focused appropriately on me and my experience.

Unfortunately very similar experience but where I arrived on time and he said 5 min a couple times and then stopped replying. Total time waster. Should have heeded the warnings but thought the positives outweighed the negatives. Lesson learned!

He burned me similar to others with a no show. Arrived for appt and he said “5 min” and then “5 min” again and then radio silence.

Chris is great in every aspect.

It is him (as far as I could tell when I saw him last year) but no, the "6 massages" definitely did not include what you described or anything close to it or what I would even consider a good therapeutic massage, unfortunately. Pass.

I saw him many times when he lived in Boston. He lived in NY before moving to Boston. Great massage but always (and only) therapeutic with me, but perhaps that has changed either in Florida or since he moved back to NY?

So I saw him again recently. I was one who had not repeated because I did not find him very friendly even though the massage was excellent. I decided to try him again based on the thread and I must say he was much warmer and while still dry in his humor, I really enjoyed chatting with him. Smart guy for sure. Awesome, deep massage to the point of almost painful but all in a good way for me. And everything else was great too!
