Thanks muchly Fresh Fluff and Rudymate. Your encouraging words are truly appreciated. I've been on my own for nearly 50 years and do my utmost to stay healthy. I consider myself alone but not lonely.

73 years young here. I just returned home from a rehab facility after being away 3& 1/2 weeks. They wanted me to stay 3 more weeks for safety precautions and I decided to leave.I took a very bad fall here at home. Have type 2 diabetes, 2 stents, high blood pressure, bilateral hip replacements, 2 operations on my left knee and back surgery. I take 15 pills daily,which includes repeats and I give myself an insulin shot every night at bedtime. Discarded my walker using my cane to get to PT today and hope to get back to the gym in 2 weeks or so. Living alone here with no one really to count on. PHEW what a life !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Contacted him and he asked for $500 an hour to come to BKLYN due to added travel time.

I'm already into my 70's and have been hiring for a good 25 yrs. The fellas I deal with are full timers or close to it. They travel frequently and have regular clients that they see all the time. They tour many different cities and are booked up and they accompany some of their regulars on vacations. They must be good for $75o-&1000 daily and if they work 200-250 days yearly, or more, they must be doing quite well. Not sure how many guys fall into this category but there may be more out there than we think.

I've received some wonderful gifts from a young man that I've seen over the years. Lately we've seen less of each other mostly due to my not connecting. He visits my city quite often but I just haven't connected.

We exchanged 2 emails where he quoted an amazingly low low rate and agreed to meet my requests. I told him I'm in if his pics are real to which he went silent. No reply from him since and I won't chase. I feel if he's interested he'll follow up or not. What do you guys think????????????????????

I turn 72 next Sunday the 17th and have been actively seeking company since just before my 50th birthday. Due to various surgeries my searches have been fewer and far between but I keep active when I'm up to it.

Really shouldn't be a big deal. Just tell him you're not ready yet and to please come back on the agreed time. If he can't comply JUST SAY NO, if you're really put out by this and let it be his loss.

As a reminder of Broadway shows I've seen Posters, coffee mugs, magnets, my playbills and ticket stubs. I've got a wall of mini posters on my kitchen wall as well larger posters through out my apartment. Dozens of magnets are on my refrigerator and my coffee mugs are on the kitchen window sill and shelf.

Try AJ IRONS. I'm 68 and have been seeing him for nearly 3 yrs now. He's very into providing the best experience possible and I'm quite a vanilla guy. Just be totally and completely up front with him and he'll let you know if he'll be able to help your friend out. Also, he travels frequently so he may not be around when your friend visits.
