  1. From the written reviews at RM: Ken was really fun, professional, made me very happy to have selected him. I would highly recommend him and plan to see him again when he comes back to Seattle. Overall a really great experience and what the guys on this sight should aim for Ken's high standards. Ken is passionate and very welcoming and warm. He is extremely sexy to be with: muscular, soft skin, great features, beautiful eyes and very horny. Not a moment was lost in the hour we had together and it was a fantastic experience which we both enjoyed immensely. A classy guy I will want to see again. For what it's worth.
  2. He's loverly. I'm not usually a fan of brown eyes, but ... Wow. I knew a guy in college who I should have roomed with ... Gorgeous dark eyes ( like you couldn't see the pupils); hairy chest; nice cub build … there were like six people on the floor that term. Ah, those days are long gone.
  3. having missed it the first time around, I binged MadMen earlier this year. Great show. Watching Jon Hamm doesn't hurt, either. Having been there, it very accurately portrays the time it's set in.
  4. 13 RM reviews, all positive. His written narrative reviews are similarly positive.

  7. Believe it or not, this works ... at least a little. Open and close your eyes as fast as you can to 100 blinks.
  8. I knew my therapist from working with him professionally. I chose him because I knew he was able to, and would say, "You are SO full of shit!" Which he did, more than once. Went to him for two years, then an additional six. When you've tried on your own, and it hasn't worked, and you need another point of view ... therapy can be incredibly useful. But it's like the quote: He had a friend, a real indivisualist ... He spelled his name Hen3ry ... the 3 was silent, you see ... He always wanted to be a writer. He wrote one book, about a childhood necrophiliac, who fulfilled his life ambition by becoming County Coroner. I remember, as they took him off to the Massachusetts State Home for the Bewildered, his last words: Life's like a sewer: What you get out of it Depends on what you put into it. Tom Lehrer

  12. An interesting examination of Stock Market bubbles can be found in David Dremen's book. Psychology of the Stock Market: Investment Strategy Beyond Random Walk. While older (1977), it shows how people get caught up in Tulips, East India Trading Co, etc. [by the way, good luck finding a copy. Mine is in my financial advisor's office under lock and key, after he lent his to someone, who didn't return it.] I [admittedly] scanned this thread, and someone mentioned the Crash of 2008. This is more like the dog.com bubble of 1999-2000, in that people are investing in something with no inherent worth, but in hopes of a "bigger fool" down the line. I wasn't in the internet boom, so I missed the rapid growth. I also missed the rapid disappearance of quite a bit of money. I do appreciate my Financial Counselor!
  13. A WOMANIZER! Why are there no MANIZERS? Seriously, it's great taht you've been able to open up to your B-I-L. That was some pretty deep denial you were in. Reading this saga, I used to think that you're kids were already in the know ... the way Moms are. Now, I'm not so sure. Tread lightly, but do tread. My love and support to you all.
  14. Of course! Sorry, but I fell into the "medical clinical" instead of the "psychological clinical." My bad. Both would, I believe, be beneficial.

  17. A friend of mine is a Senior Vice President of a large wealth management firm. He needed to get away from it all, so he took a trans-Atlantic cruise. I want to take the Royal Clipper transAtlantic. http://www.cruisemapper.com/images/ships/808-large-2e59a353e9474d6eff28cca1b1565366.jpg
  18. Mostly, the medical community has de-bunked the association of sodium and hypertension. I guess I'm just one of the lucky ones. Added salt diet (pile it on): 180/95. No-added salt diet: 135/80 (with twice daily lisinopril and a beta-blocker).
  19. Note to the OP: Your underlying anxiety indicates you really should go to your primary care practitioner and discuss the use of PrEP. I think it would go far to allay your anxiety. And I am unanimous in this. -- Mrs. Slocumb, Are You Being Served?
  20. I have to watch my sodium or my blood pressure goes too high. Unsalted butter only. I grew up with margarine on the counter, butter in the fridge. Couldn't stand the taste of butter until my early-'30's ... now, there's no choice. No margarine in this house.
