  1. An escort told me his favorite gift was an unsolicited item from Amazon ... with a "gift receipt" (presumably so he can return it for cash). Skip the middle man; give him the cash.
  2. Ive had the same barber for > 20 years. He raised his rates from $7 to $10 several years ago he also has a senior rate. He gets $10 plus $2-$3 per visit. My cleaning lady gets a week’s worth extra pay for Christmas

  4. The local main East–West road in town has (eastbound) Kia, Mercedes, BMW, Audi, Lincoln, Mazda, Lexus, Honda, Ford, Nissan …… in a two mile stretch. I opted for an Audi Q7 to replace my Lexus. A significant difference in philosophy. Very interesting.

  7. I love doing "HAL" voice. It's almost completely unfocused. Years of vocal training taught me how to vary my vocal focus, so I can put it anywhere from just above my vocal chords (Thus the "I'm sorry, Dave, I'm afraid I can't do that") to a steel-piercing high-C of Mahler's eighth. Great fun. The defocused voice is great for sotto voce comments that I don't want anyone outside of three feet to hear.
  8. The Cat climbs on me at 7:00, and starts pawing and meowing at 8:00. Breakfast time. Very effective alarm!
  9. When I visited Kanagaroo Island off Adelaide, Australia, we walked with the sea lions. The issue is relative speed: Humans don’t run on sand so well as sea lions.
  10. Mine came with the basket. Incredibly useful.
  11. Here goes nothing: http://Https://www.rentmen.eu/jojo
  12. There’s been a move a foot for sometime to put all of New England (Vermont, New Hampshire, Maine, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Connecticut) on Atlantic Standard Time (Eastern Daylight Time) year round.
  13. One is led to wonder, whatever was it?
  14. the texts of these reviews are virtually identical. The review could have used at least a few different words between the two of them. Red flag or just lack of creativity?
  15. Close, but not quite.
  16. My first visit to SF, I stayed at a guest house. $6 a night for a shared bath, private BR, across the street from UCSF medical center
  17. New elevator experience: At the bank or elevators, there is a touch screen with various floors. You touch\select your floor. It then tells you which elevator to use. You get in. There is a pad for room key approval, but no buttons it takes you to your floor. Never saw anything like i5 before in my life.
  18. I remember my 25th ... I had just finished my first year of medical school (little did I realize how mad my second year would be) and that I had 3 more years to get a degree and that there would be 3 to 7 more years of trading before I would have an actually job
  19. I was told by a very well known escort, “I would never have thought you were gay.”
  20. It’s craftsman and it’s gorgeous. I just wish it weren’t in California
  21. And Cam was at Halloween dressed as Kate Middleton.
  22. I had a text with a room number, and a key left for me at the desk.
