New York, New Jersey and Eastern Pennsylvania were hit by a combination of record rain and tornadoes. A major road in Philadelphia looks like Venice now. In Philadelphia, tornado warning went on all ievening until morning.People died in their car in New Jersey. The rainfall in New City set records. A dozen died in Queens where the US Open is located.
