Its a pleasure and delite to be able to massage and pull down on a pair of low hangers during Oral service. And for guys that are "ball sensitive", they LOVE it too.

Actually scrotox is for plumping up the balls on guys that have wrinkly, saggy balls, but it doesn't necessarily make them hang lower... Hang is all about the amount of sack skin you have.
