He probably thinks after listing 10", noone cares about or will notice anything else, so what's 2 years ?

If pedestrians adhere to stop lights and walk in crosswalks, I dont see the problem ? Why would a pedestrian be walking in a road, other than to cross a street ? and when they do, they need to pick up the pace, it's not a Sunday afternoon stroll thru the park. And people need to keep their little kids on a leash. Watch your damn kid instead of blabbing on your phone and being "absent"... Like they say, everyone needs to "stay in their lane".... I am not a speeder, but I dont think 40 mph is an abomination to drive around the neighborhood.... but 25 mph? dont they realize people have other things to do ? Those talk shows are only 1 hr long and at 25 mph I'd never get home in time....:p:p
