  1. Alright, I took the plunge here and let me start off by saying I may pull some punches on my review. Communication and setup was simple enough, the area in Hillcrest he's in does have challenges with parking during the day because of permit requirements but I didn't have any concern since I was there at night on a Sunday. When I got to his place Cesar greeted me in and it's a small studio/1-bd but the table was set in the middle of the living/bedroom so there was more than enough room. He advertises that he's a stroke and cancer survivor so don't be surprised when he does have a bit of lisp and limp because of what I'd guess are after-effects from the stroke. The room temp was comfortable but I couldn't tell if there was AC, so again it's been hot recently and since this was at night (and I like rooms warmer) that gives you context for what I find a comfortable room to be. For the massage, it was fine....C+. He worked hard to dig into my muscles because I had asked for deep pressure but it was definitely not a skilled massage. He was talking a bit and checking in so that was positive since I don't like too much chatting. He also looks like his pictures, definitely on the skinny/twink side of body types. I'll leave it at that but if anyone wants further details, happy to oblige by DM.

  3. Any feedback on his skills? I don't like having people come to my house so I'm very hesitant on Outcall only, especially for a first time meeting.
  4. He does look like his photos. He's short, I don't remember checking his height but I remember being surprised because his photos don't really give clues on this. I don't mind short guys though. I wasn't draped during the session and he used heat lamps and steam for part of the session which I kind of liked. He was fully clothed: tank and sweatpants but again, this was late and I wasn't expecting him to be naked or anything.
  5. I booked him as a last minute massage one day, the setup is in a strip mall spa and when we met it was later than typical business hours so he had to open the front door when I arrived. He relocked it after I entered and I went to a standard treatment room that you would expect. It was equipped like an esthetician's studio, clinical, with several different pieces of equipment for facials and other treatments but still a decent massage table (although I remember feeling a bit cramped by it). The massage itself was ok, I started on my back which is always a bit "off" to me but I understand some masseurs have their own flow. I remember there being quite a bit of oil/lotion involved, so the technique was more lomi lomi/quick strokes and less deep tissue - English is not his first language but we didn't get into fully what I expected so mea culpa. I'm always tempted to write/speak Spanish to help the setup but the initial interactions were not in depth and close to one-word; the exchange during the visit/massage were almost non-existent which is fine with me because I don't like a lot of chatter mostly. So it was interesting because of the flipped body positions, there was some massage and HE at the start and then I flipped onto my stomach for additional massage time which again, felt odd/off to me. So in summary, I could try him again but not likely. The price was in-line with what you'd expect at retail strip mall spa so could be a situation of "get what you pay for".
  6. My experience is probably about a year old but I liked Victor, didn't rave about it but was a solid "B" (probably C+ if I'm being tough) massage. The price was right for sure as you quoted but from what I recall he was breathing very heavy throughout which may mean there wasn't music (I don't recall) and he definitely wasn't trained when I saw him - more like someone who has learned from doing it over the years. The ending was happy and all but I remember questioning if that was going to happen or not because it felt somewhat unexpected.
  7. what are the quoted rates? I saw on RM a 90 min was $250 but not sure what he quotes vs what people pay sometimes.
  8. It's not the best area for parking but it's not the worst either so no, there was not a dedicated parking space. I had to drive around to find parking but having lived in NP I'm used to that. His setup was private, I didn't see any evidence of roommates. He had the massage table in the middle of the living area so I could guess it's a one-bedroom place but not sure.
  9. Really happy I met up with him this past weekend. He is knowledgeable, warm, great looking in person and provided a solid experience. He has recently moved to North Park so more central than where he was before.
