@CHIberia Good to know about the ten minute mark, I can see how it would be just a timer for the dancer to decide about continuing or not. Will inquire in person next time
Buying them out of working is a fee to the bar so they are allowed to leave their 'shift' early...in this case with the intention of going home with the customer / to spend time with the customer elsewhere. What that looks like financially once you pay for them to leave, I think you have to work out with the dancer...but I don't have experience with this part of the negotiation. I've heard the dancers refer to the buyout as a "fine" to let them leave the bar, it seems to vary from 500-1000 based on what night of the week it is.
