I’ve got a copy of BUTT, SERIOUSLY and need to read it more closely. Had just flipped through it before. and I’m currently reading a novel that garnered lots of praise: GREAT BLACK HOPE by a debut, black, gay author, Rob Franklin. Totally enjoying it so far.

I haven’t heard of anyone else at HK or 27 wearing gloves. I’ve never had a session w Cody, so have zero clue, but maybe he has something going on — ie eczema or psoriasis — that requires that he wear gloves. He should be up front about it, but might be afraid of losing biz. Why don’t any of you who have encountered / endured this just ask him? I would.

Then why are you on this site @bcamair? If you look at it at all, you’d see that most ppl’s questions are about the things you apparently don’t care about. A “good experience” could mean just about anything.

I’ve only had it when I’ve hired the masseurs via RM instead of thru the spa. I think the masseurs grab it if they want / know they’re going to need more privacy than what the upstairs rooms offer.

I also like 27 better than HK @Nyc000here — it’s more private which is why the experiences are better. Unless you get that very private downstairs suite at HK 😈 and yeah — I’m more into the variety of Latin guys at 27/HK than Asians elsewhere, not that I’m opposed to Asians at all - lol who would you recommend at Energy? I’ve only heard about Alven.

@Mustang I actually went to Worman’s Lunch this past Tuesday and totally enjoyed it. Yes, skewed white and a little older, but I’d say the avg age was 30s to 50s. And I’d guess there were 40-50 ppl at the peak w a decent range of races and body types (more fit than not). For my first time going to something like this, I had fun 😏 I think the Scum party in BK is tonite / now. I’ve heard 200-300 guys have rsvp’d. edit: actually, think that’s a GBU party, not Scum, which has a Thrust party in midtown tonite.

I finally did the scrub/massage combo for my last 2 appts — and wondered why I’d never done it before — thoroughly enjoyed it. But have never done just a scrub.

My impression — from checking Sniffies — is that it gets most crowded from before sunset to like midnight or so — esp on Saturdays. And the variety of guys who say they’re there on Sniffies is very wide. I imagine there are many more who are not on Sniffies who go, but…??? I’d want to walk thru during the day to get my bearings.

I would also keep in mind that most of these guys are obv not from the States and are v likely v worried re everything going on w/ ICE, etc., right now. Some are also working multiple jobs (1 told me he’s a landscaper AND a bartender for a catering company as well), so their lives are by no means easy. I can’t blame any of them for trying to make an extra buck (while still making it an enjoyable experience).
