Correct. I worked not far from his place. It's the Boston-Edison Neighborhood. Back in Henry Ford's day, it was THE neighborhood to be. During the Motown heyday, it had a revival with Berry Gordy and others living there. But it's surrounded by dicey areas and the houses, which are beautiful and can sell for a million or more -- much more if they were elsewhere, are not in as much demand as previously. Many also sell for far less than a million.

Had a nice time with him in 2024. Fun guy. Good natured. Talented.

I see him regularly. He is a prince of a guy. Gorgeous and kind. He's easy to crush on, as well. If you like his look, you will enjoy his company. A real pro.
