PS. I remember so many times my dad (from his recliner) saying to me (lying on the couch or the floor), "While you're up, change that to channel 13." Also, Mom would be in her bed watching TV and when she heard one of us walking down the hall toward the bathroom she'd say, "Hey, come in here and change the channel for me please."

According to the potato professionals at Ore-Ida there are apparently both versions. I guess it depends on your background or familiarity.
