Besides the spa , I was wondering any independents that do spa treatments from massage, scrub, body treatments, facial, and ofcourse extras maybe even authentic Thai would be great

I think the question be more is it necessary to tip an independent masseur who is getting the whole amount of fee vs a masseur who is working at a spa where majority of the money is going to the house. if a independent masseur is giving extras without charging extra since it’s erotic massage then I would consider it all inclusive unless they explicitly say certain extra services is extra fee

It depends on the doctor. Theirs site called phalloboards that discuss this. I had 2 rounds of pmma from Avanti derma clinic and was extremely happy. I might consider doing one last round but with Dr.Rupeka in Ohio since he does the underside . its permanent , so I recommend you do HA first just to see how you like it, then determine if wanting to do permanent . i wish their is effective way to increase length since that’s what I prefer righ now
