Eyes open but don't stare. Lingering looks ok but definitely blink - not blinking is creepy. Once they start going down on you, there's definitely a "performative look" that both the blower and the blowie should do to at least make some eye contact to signal "fuck yeah, it's on". Than lay back, eyes on the ceiling and enjoy.

Also, who cares about the detailing - the session is the one worth paying up for!

If it's someone I met before (or even messaged before but it didn't workout schedule wise), I think it's a nice gesture. If it's from a random provider with zero context, it's easy to ignore.

What "services" are usually on offer in these types of places?

Interesting, will take a look. What's the rate for the rent boys? What's their sweet spot in terms of top/bottom/vers, kissing, oral, etc?

Define affordable? How does it work?

It's basic advertising sense — given that new customers only have their photos (and reviews... But who gives a negative review these days) to base "purchasing decisions" on. So those who advertise better charge more. Those who are also younger, I think tend to charge more. In my experience, I've met with service providers who aren't super high on the looks department but whom, within minutes then, I thought "man, this guy probably has many skills to offer" and usually that's the case and they don't disappoint - the give oral better, etc. I guess it's sort of "evolutionary" in their industry: they have to find their special edge/ niche. For some, it's just being hot and taking good photos.
