I agree I always prefer 60 minutes or longer, but if it is a place I am particularly unsure of I will start out with 30 minutes as a test to avoid unnecessarily wasting $! I think I will stick with Miguel and Andy at Epic for my after work go to, Although HK remains my top pick if I have my druthers.

It was alright! Haha. One of the better rates I’ve seen in a while. $38/30 mins and $60/hour. I only do 30 mins as I was unsure and wanted to test the waters. It is a very basic set up although seemed very clean with fresh towels etc. curtains instead of doors to the rooms and the walls did not reach the ceilings, so you have to be very quiet and you can hear everyone else. It is mostly women and Josh was the only male masseur I saw. He was handsome, kind of a beefcake build but toned. I’d say late 20s. Nice ending but massage was not very strong. Good for what it was and the price was nice, but the setup isn’t my cup of tea, although I know some people enjoy this sort of thing!

Going to try Josh this evening based on this—will report back!

Very bare bones space, semi-decent massage. Got what I went for, but don’t think I’d repeat. Probably good if it’s convenient location/time wise in a pinch.

Really amazing 90 mins bc scrub/massage combo with Alberto at HK yesterday 🥵 Actually really good strong massage skills and excellent at allowing the sensual aspects to really build so that there’s anticipation which is hot but it also allows the massage to fully happen which I appreciate. Scrub was really hot too. He’s moving away next week, so I’m very glad I got to see him before he did

Had a nice session with Ivan last night. He had been on my list for a while and finally made it there to try him out. 60 min scrub/massage. Not my favorite scrub I’ve received (Sandro holds that title) though by no means bad. Massage was better but not the best. Nice variety of strokes and good pressure and extras. And very, very cute! Session was somewhere between 10-15 mins short but not the end of the world. Overall would likely repeat at some point or another! the best past is I finally completed my first punch card which feels like quite the accomplishment haha

It’s always YMMV, but I definitely haven’t found that to be the case. Some of my fave MT is when the masseur is still clothed. The process of discovery can be very fun haha. You have to use your people skills of course and listen to the situation. You can tell if someone wants to be touched or not pretty quickly and you have to follow along with that. He was definitely encouraging and leaning into me touching him but he did stay robed. We talked after and he said he’s cool with sensual etc but just likes to keep it quasi-professional which im very OK with. Planning on repeating sometime soon.

Hi boys! I’m in Philadelphia for a few days and would love to get a massage while I’m here. I have explored independent providers but thought I’d check if anyone knows of any spas similar to those we have in NYC? My initial Google search turned up nothing but that doesn’t always mean anything.

No clue what to make of it. Rates are high but I assume that means tipping expectations are very different? And they are associated with seasons which I know is hit or miss as far as extras come, though I haven’t been there either.
