Iconic. she’s the perfect mix of strict and sassy. In the movie we can tell she’s not having any of Deloris’s (Whoopi Goldberg’s) “different” “wild” ways at first, and that’s what makes the thing so fun and cute. She’s all about the rules and tradition, but then Deloris turns the conventions and the convent upside down, and we see Maggie’s character slowly starting to soften. Her dry humor, voice, and those perfectly timed eye rolls—classic! Great actress of course, watching her go from being super serious and stern to eventually embracing the changes Deloris brings, having a good time, is one of the best parts of the movie. Maggie brings this regal energy, to any movie, even in a nun’s habit, she's great, that only she can pull off. Absolutely love her
