The raids are based on civil reports, so, most likely, these two spas and all the other spas visited by police and raided were because some “unanonymous” tip/report came from an unsatisfied customer expecting hand jobs or blowies to be free or given for $20.

These providers learn by experience. So maybe the first few times you had them, they were great with the service, but you werent good with the tip, so they lost interest in providing you with a steamy service 🤷♂️
