Is the hot tub experience clothing optional?

Not sure if this is the right place to post this but here it goes just in case. So I went to NY and made an appointment with a guy on RM to come to my hotel. When he showed up, he wasn’t the guy on the profile. At first I was taken a little aback as I didn’t know what to do.
