Please trust that we are already doing our best to make our spa better. We pay attention to every positive and negative review from our customers, and we make improvements based on the feedback. However, we have our own standards for deciding whether or not to terminate an employee.
You mentioned your issue was not resolved and asked me to fire Adem. My answer is: I will not fire Adem, because many other customers appreciate and enjoy his service. Another reason is that the complaint you provided about your experience with him was vague and unclear.
If you are very dissatisfied with that particular session, we are willing to offer you a refund. If you don’t feel comfortable seeing him again, you are welcome to choose another therapist or visit a different spa.
Most of our staff here are young people in their early 20s, and it’s natural for young people to make mistakes. I hope everyone can be more understanding and patient with them. Especially during this difficult time, they truly need this job.
As you may have noticed, there have been changes in our schedule, and for those employees who have seriously crossed the line, we have taken termination measures as well.

I got a message from Oliver in March 2024 at 27 Spa. I was excited when our session started because he’s quite attractive. The massage was therapeutic enough, but the ending was boring and stiff. Also, he wasn’t especially friendly; he wasn’t unfriendly, but I didn’t feel welcomed. He never asked or hinted about a tip, but the massage ended 10 minutes early. During the ending he gave me countdown updates that the session would in 5 mins, 2 mins, etc. The session still ended 10 minutes early. It wasn’t the worst ever, C+, I’d say, but I can’t recommend him. 

I saw Leo tonight and high recommend him. He is very attractive and has a great body. He was very attentive to my needs and left totally happy and satisfied. He is also a very nice guy. Highly recommend. Any specific questions, DM me.

I don't think there's much chance of that. He was in a new and very healthy relationship. 

Yes I hadn’t thought of that as he had told me he had a green card. I had a weird experience with him last year once he got a new roommate and he was acting very unusual and hyper so was thinking of that.
lets just all hope he is okay. I know he had been working a regular job recently and that made his availability limited. I am hoping that he decided to do that full time and that is why he has “disappeared”…. I realize that might be a naive thought.

A tip of the hat to all the posters who spend so much time posting the photos of all those awesome hunks and beauties. Without them this site would not be half as fun.

Oliver gives a very nice solid massage. Better than most of my MF hires. I left happy. 

Agree with those praising Kareem.  I expected someone rather reserved and maybe even uptight, far from the personable, intelligent and passionate man he is.  He went much farther with the massage than I had anticipated.  I was delighted and look forward to seeing him again.

So to be clear: “Manhattanhotboy” in the initial post is also known as “Oliver” when he works at something called 27Spa. We like “Oliver” (aka Manhattanhotboy), and the photos of Manhattanhotboy (aka Oliver when at 27Spa) are accurate, but we don’t like the place called 27Spa because it’s “dingy”. So in sum, go see “Manhattanhotboy” because he is cute in a “white bro” sort of way (just like the photos for the “Manhattanhotboy” suggest) at his private location or see him at your home or hotel, and because he is a nice guy and gives a B+ (or is it a B-) massage. Correct?  

He is a fit guy with an amazing bubble ass. Definitely has definition in his pecs like he works out. It is a shame he took his pictures down

Had a wonderful time with Kareem this week. The massage was great. Kinda different. Incredibly mindful and thoughtful. Felt very much about getting tuned in. My quads and shoulders and back were incredibly grateful for the attention. 
In addition, Kareem was incredibly generous with himself. He’s very focused on you, making you feel great. He is even more beautiful in person. The extras were extra excellent.
Great communication. It was a last minute session and he was at my hotel within just a short amount of time. Quick responses via text.
It was an awesome experience. I’m definitely looking forward to repeating. Feel free to DM with any questions. 

Side note: it was a gross night, raining, and he mentioned something about giving his umbrella away to someone who needed it. That should tell you about him as a person.

Glad you liked it as much as I did. Yes, I do think it is one of the best in NYC, so hot and so receptive.

I just saw Kareem and wow his aww is incredible. He’s cleaned up the pictures but don’t worry—it’s incredible.

My favorite 3 are energy k, gustavo and one not on your list, giovannisc. Energy k physically is the best match to what you describe and all 3 would meet your needs. I don’t know about what type of guy appeals to them so cant answer that part.i also have not seen most on your list though.
