Why would a face pic be necessary? I think they're not so much for identification or security purposes as they are for someone to screen out certain clients by looks or age. Discretion is important to both masseur and client, so using a face pic to out someone isn't likely. But if I'm being asked before the appointment is booked, then I wind up waiting to see if I made the cut.

Generally, my response is "no, thank you." And it's a deal breaker for me if it's a requirement.
