I checked out his profile after seeing this post. He hasn’t stopped messaging me since. 😡

First Timer update / 100% was surely worth it https://rent.m

Definitely put off by the name. -
I’ve messaged with him when he was in West Hollywood recently. He’s made 2 or 3 trips here over the past year. yes he’s from Sydney, obviously. I think he looks delicious. The rate he quoted me was in keeping with what I guess is normal these days, nothing outrageous, but a bit high for me (I haven’t hired in several years). I can find my way to indulging, just want to make sure I’m not in for a disappointment.

Anyone have experience with this stunning boy? https://rent.men/Ethan_sydXL

The norm here used to be post titles were formatted as: 411 on (provider’s name) in (city) that approach made it easy to select or bypass posts based on a reader’s geographic interest and worked nicely. We seem to have gotten away from that. Here’s one man’s hope we can get back to that and/or moderators can help via editing.

Same for me; next year but at 66 2/3 -
His ad now says he’s 5’11” and 7”?????

Definitely difficult to keep straight but from a simple practical stand, if the best I’ll earn on these two bonds are less than 4% it was a bad investment choice considering the current state of CD rates. Today I opened a 25k cd at Forbright yielding 5.75%
-
Given, the variable changes but how does one determine the fixed rate?
-
Thanks. So the. 9.6% is not a constant for the life of the holding (6 month changes not withstanding)?
-
Wow, what a great thread to find here. maybe you guys can educate me on something. i bought a 10k bond, 7/1/22 and another 10k, 2/1/23 they have been logging interest at 3.38% and 3.79% respectively. how, when, why, does the reported 9.6% rate kick in?

That worked. Thank you

My pet peeve is: ”no problem” or “no worries” as a response to “thank you” big finger nails on blackboard. the proper response is: “you’re welcome” period, full-stop. Occasionally acceptable alternate responses: “my pleasure” or “please don’t mention it” when some grammatically incompetent twink says “no problem” my response is: “oh, good! I didn’t want to cause a problem” and watch them spin in the wind as their brains fry.

Your instructions don’t seem to work

I’ll check it out. Thanks

Reminds me of a scene from “The World According to Garp”

I use it all the time and now, following the recent update, one need not say “hey siri” any longer

Latest scam? Middle aged closeted guys on Grindr.

Another trend I’ve spotted: Message pops up, cute guy (often posed with a dog), message reads “hey” or “sup” simple response and they immediately say “pics” and disappear upon receipt. I guess they’re pic collectors mining for other scam profiles. anyone ever get a message from themself? I haven’t but heard of it happening. Similar to receiving a phone call from your own number.
