So sorry to hear. I know someone who is battling this disease. After all this time you would think we would have a better handle on it.

I grew up in a mostly Italian neighborhood. My mother would curse in Italian lol. Then there was the famous wooden ? spoon, broom with the ladies stocken wrapped around the bristles that we got hit with. My Father had a couple of sayings that to this day I still use with friends I know. He is a real Mamaluke. He forbid us to go on the subway to the Bronx, called it a real shit hole. In this business Im in I meet many wonderful people Always coming to the events, answering emails, bringing there friends to see the boys. Then all of a sudden they stop coming. I send a email but no answer. It's a shame. Many of us spend so much time with one another but never think that if something happens that the family or whoever they leave in charge has no idea of the friends from the strip clubs. We are never called, or able to attend a wake or funeral, say our last goodbyes. How many of you have experienced this?.

Are the dancers nude on stage?. Sounds like the old days at the Gaiety. No touching, and leave your tip money on the stage. Stale pretzels or potato chips in a bowl and another bowl would have punch. I guess better than nothing. Lap dances I assume are prohibited?

Plus LI. I clean the club before and during the night. Plus we did Hepa Filters. Plus we have plenty of room for social distancing. All very important to run these events.

The first gay nude male magazine that I discovered in the late seventies was In Touch. I believe I still have a issue from 1983. I would drive on a early Sunday morning from Long Island to Manhattan on 8 Ave and 42 St to a magazine store to buy that months issue. Times Square was all XXX places.

Any one from Westchester, Rockland Counties in NY, remember Birds of a Feather in North Salem?. Was in the middle of a apple orchard. We drive all the way from Long Island. A real barn and hay. I take temperatures at the door. Everyone wears a mask. Club is sanitized before and during the time we are open. Long Island Club is big enough for social distancing. Can only do 50percent capicity on Long Island. Those who feel comfortable can do a lap dance. Before the pandemic we always kept the Long Island Club clean. Dancers wear masks. Private lap dance rooms are sanitized after each use. Hope this helps BD

I believe it was in the NY Times. It came across my phone. They talked about Therapy, the Ritz, Henriettas, Boxers on what they are going through to try and stay open. Alabi's up in Harlem may close if this continues for a while longer. And possibly other bars as well. Many of these places were only hanging by a thin thread.

Hi guys. Any word on Swinging Richards?. Long Island goes into phase 3 this Wednesday. Bars, and inside restaurants will open with social distancing at I believe 50 percent capicity. I'm due to start a new Tuesday night in Suffolk County at a Beach Bar with the Boyzz. I'm working now on what I need to do to make this work. Yes lap dances are going to be a challenge. Both dancer and customer wearing a mask. Will take temperatures of everyone before they enter the club. I think going forward for a while smaller-scale parties are going to be the way to go. Many of you may not be ready to take the plunge. But honestly my emails have been blowing up on when are we going to be back. . I think Manhattan is going to be a issue trying to get back once they enter phase 3. Can the Male Dancer events do a way less capacity of clients and dancers?. I read a article on a number of gay bars will not be opening up after the pandemic in Manhattan.
