Appreciate the rec, but that spot isn’t for me. I’ve been twice and they shorted me on time both times. This last time I asked for 30 min and I swear the massage was no more than 15 minutes. I won’t be back.

Spa club sucks, totally not worth the money IMO. Very small. In the men’s nude area, there’s just one sad little hot tub in a scorchingly bright room, and a steam room that only sometimes works. the area is monitored by nasty attendants with scowls who bark at you if you drip even one drop of water in the locker area. just my two cents, not fun or relaxing and not worth it.

Recent nyc spa experience: Stopped by a place called Siam Retreat recently because they advertised male for male massage and it showed up in my search for m4m massage. While the massage itself was very good and the provider was quite sweet and handsome, it was strictly therapeutic and a little pricey ($150 before tip). just adding my experience to save others some $ if you are seeking something extra from your massage, or if you want a strictly legit Thai massage this could be the place.

I go to flushing a lot for hot pot (lol) and would love to find a good massage spot in the area. Anyone have any recs? Looking for a good, solid massage, with some more/sensual elements.

Traveling next week and want to visit a Boston area spa. I searched and didn’t see much on this topic here. I prefer a spa setting over RM or MF. Can be a mixed m/f spa place but looking for full service massage if possible from male provider.

I’ve been to Renew york many times. It’s a mixed spa, mostly legit. Massage quality is a little hit or miss, but not bad or sketchy. If you’re looking for interactive, avoid Owen, Michael, and Leo. Michael’s massage was a little painful, not my favorite. There is one guy who does more but he’s older with a sort of dad bod and he only works a couple days. There are threads about this already and obviously don’t want to put him in jeopardy by mentioning his name.

Saw Andy at Renew Regal on Canal. Good therapeutic massage, cute guy. Nothing out of the ordinary, standard $70 + tip for 60 min. probably wouldn’t go out of my way to return, as canal street isn’t my favorite place and getting to/from isn’t the easiest from my neighborhood.

I went recently, not good: 1. The steam room was out of order (and apparently has been for months). Without the steam room, there’s just one sad and depressing little whirlpool in the men’s room 2. I felt like the attendant was following me around the whole time with bad energy, like I was a would-be shoplifter in a store full of things he felt I couldn’t afford. 3. Empty when I went, Saturday mid day Since the new owners of spa castle have killed the vibe there as well, we are now at a severe spa shortage lol

Saw him at escape a few months ago. Was strictly legit, which is odd because he clearly offers more and I’ve always been well taken care of at escape. I tip well, so not sure why. The massage was very “slow,” like to the point where I was like did this guy not have coffee today or what. He’s good looking but wouldn’t repeat.

Took one for the team and tried this place. Very bad. Masseur was an older Asian man, out of shape with very little English. Made me pay $55 upfront for 30 min. After 10 min of bad massage, he takes off his shirt and starts trying to negotiate a tip (he asked for $60). He was very out of shape. I said no and left. Bad vibes, not attractive, massage terrible + not hot, waste of time. Save your $$
