I’m a little bit disappointed with LA having no options for gay massages except this one. And like two other spas, one of which is co owned by Teddy. Don’t get me wrong, they have tons of masseur choices but like once you tried all of them, what’s next? Lol. The exhausting and tedious “solution” I do would be to search in google maps for male massage therapists. Or “male”. And if none appears, I have to enter filters “he” “him” or “his” lol. And then if several reviews appear, I have to read them one by one and check out if there are any gay client reviews, like back reading their old reviews, photos of them at times that seems to be gay. Lol. Yes, I’m a bit masochistic lol. But hard works pays off sometimes lol! Like before my flight tomorrow, I decided to find another massage place that has potential but close enough to my hotel. All of the other spas that has masseurs are actually almost an hour ride from me. But then, using my hard method, I found one 8 mins away from my hotel here in Montebello. I couldn’t divulge any “graphic” details lol! But to tell you honestly, it’s definitely more exhilarating to get a massage from these places that has both men and women massage therapists, I even have another female client right next to me. Imagine how discreet I need to be but you know you need satisfaction because that’s what made you do the research lol! Let’s just say that because of how exciting things turned out, I got twice the satisfaction. Boy that was very tiring… for the masseur, because he did great with the pressure and all. It always depends on the face card and physique of the provider. Whether it sounds negative or not. Unfortunately, there’s another untapped category to possibly determine the pricing of our providers, and that is how “talented” or skillful they are with the work they do. Yes, I do prefer a budget friendly provider that’s skillful with sensual and erotic part of the session than the face and body card because I cannot just drop a thousand or 500 bucks for an hour or so, I am not that rich yet lol! It can happen, but rarely. Ok again I’m Filipino Asian, and in my country, majority of escorts, masseurs, providers whatever you wanna call them in general are straight men. Basically some might even hide their actual sexuality/gender because masseurs that are gay are actually frowned upon by the gay community there, very outdated and unprogressive way of thinking. But one thing that you can take out of it is that every session or service that you receive are purely business transaction. The boys themselves are the commodities as negative as it sounds. But you could probably choose a straight provider next time so that emotional connection is out of the picture. And most times, I find that they double the effort with their services because they have tons of competition in the market. I just watched the episode 3 as well. I guess the story line focuses more on the conventional type of gay men relationships. Like the casual sex/hook ups for Hollander and Rosanov, now the discreet relationship for Scott and Kip. Haven’t read the novel, nor plan to because I’m not into reading books lol. I hope that thru the next episodes, it wouldn’t be just focused on the “visuals” aka sex scenes, which I know sells the series, but also, on more impactful gay relationship issues.
