Ended up booking him.
He was very professional and cordial. His area is hard to park at, but he kindly offered his parking spot. His place is clean and comfortable and he offers use of the shower if needed.
As for the massage, he seems to have training, because it was definitely not just a mindless rub around, but it was definitely lacking. I couldn't tell if he was being hesitant or if that's just his style. The extras were ok, not utterly impersonal but definitely not what you'd get from a top notch person.
He did state this is a side gig type of thing for him, so I'm not sure if that plays into it.
Overall, he strikes me as a YMMV sort of guy. I personally would not repeat, but if you're ok with a lighter therapeutic experience, he may be your guy.

I will say, I did appreciate that he was honest at least. I say that because I have had the misfortune of hiring a person before who clearly could not feign any perfunctory "servicey-ness" for lack of a better word. This was also after me being honest with said person about my appearance (which I am with everyone).

Not a criticism, but he does screen you for sufficient attractiveness to perform by asking for a pic. Just fyi in case that's a deal breaker for whomever is interested in him.

It was strictly therapeutic, but that is always my main goal anyway. I ended up booking a 90 minute deep tissue massage and I was very happy with it. He can give plenty of pressure (I'm a pressure queen). He seems to use the same clinic space that Monté (https://www.masseurfinder.com/massage-therapists/31591/ & https://rentmasseur.com/ChocolateHands) uses. It's private (only one client at a time) and has all of the amenities you'd want.
No extras, but his space mate offers erotic massages, so maybe he just needs to get to know you? Overall, I'd definitely repeat and recommend.

I agree with musclvr, he's pretty mid. he's definitely a very attractive guy, so if that's enough for you, it might work. I prefer extras/personality over looks, and I prefer technique over extras.

I've seen Joe in the past but at his own location. He is a stellar MT, probably top 5 for me. He can give tremendous pressure and his technique is superb. The extras were there and to my satisfaction. Feel free to PM if you have questions re: extras to keep it PG on here.

I don't care whether someone has tattoos or not; I honestly don't notice them unless they're interesting. I tend to prefer tattoos in my personal life because I think they're a cool way of expressing yourself. I can't relate to the view that it "ruins" the person's looks at all.
