The most recent provider I hired initially asked for a deposit, but then said it was OK. During our time together, he mentioned that he ran my phone number (we had been texting) through some verification, and it said that I was an actual person who is valid (hence he didn’t insist on the deposit). I’m not sure what that is, but from what I’ve read on here, it seems like there is a provider’s version of our board to list good/bad clients. Anyone heard of this?

The only electronic method of payment I have is Zelle. I created a checking account and keep a couple thousand dollars in it just for this hobby. Unfortunately, I think it shows my name to providers when I send money. That doesn’t bother me, but I know some folks don’t want their name out there and I can understand that. I don’t know about the other electronic method of payments available. Perhaps others can speak to those.

I first met up with Anthony about a month ago. I’ve seen him a couple times since. I certainly recommend him. His pics and stats are accurate and the massage was pretty legit. It’s done on a bed at his home, if that is a deal breaker for some. Message me if you have specific questions.

Taking a big one isn’t something you can typically rush. Gotta practice with toys or smaller guys for a bit first. I usually take ibuprofen an hour or so beforehand. I also have had a bit of practice over the years. Lol. But it was only within the past month that I tried poppers (have known about them for years). Game changer when it comes to taking bigger than you’re used to. I will also say that if you’re too tight, it can be a bit painful and difficult for an endowed top to squeeze it in there. I don’t mind paying a deposit in certain situations. The provider must have been on RM for over a year, and/or have 25+ good RM reviews, and/or have some positive comments on this forum from guys who have met him. The last criteria carries the most weight. If one of you have seen the person and had a good experience, or even an OK experience, then I don’t mind spending $20 or so to prove that I am serious. I would never spend more than $40 or so, and I would certainly never pay for the full session in advance before even meeting up. Those type of deposits are a no go for me.

I want to thank you Jarrod for sharing your input as a provider. I’ve read many of your post and it’s been very helpful to see things from a provider’s perspective. So thank you and other providers for sharing! In regards to hiring, from my perspective, I would say that most of my hires are not done days in advance. I would say 9 times out of 10, I will contact a provider in the hopes of hiring within the next 2 to 6 hours. That obviously isn’t always successful as I know last minute requests can be a long shot. But for me, I need to be in the mood mentally, and I have to be ready physically as mostly a bottom. If I plan days in advance, there’s no guarantee that I’m going to be 100% ready on a given day and time. So basically I mostly only hire when I’m horny. Lol. I suspect a lot of us are like that. I understand the difficulty for you in trying to travel to a different city and make it fruitful. And in fact, this makes sense now after having contacted some providers who were supposedly in my city based on the listing. I’m not sure I can really offer up a good solution to your problem. One thought that I did have though is that as a man of color, you might consider going to cities where that is more of a novelty. For example, when I lived in Atlanta, the majority of the market there was men of color. So it is understandable that going there might not be successful with more competition from other men of color. Likewise, I am in South FL now and the majority of the market here is Latino. You might do well in this market, especially given several major cities are clustered into one area. If you based in FTL, you could still serve Miami to the south and a whole wealth of population to the north. If you do make it to South FL, I’d be willing to discuss being an “anchor client” for you.
