I taker responsibility as I am inexperienced and I saw that in this particular town that I was, the provider was available. I called around 11:30pm. The provider answered and asked if he would be available. He informed me that he would have to let me know in an hour if he could come. He then texted me that he would be available. Sir I really got to be honest with you. I am someone who albeit knows that not every provider will comply and such, but I did my diligence and called first.
