    The providers are working. It's physical exertion work. IMO they probably prefer shorter sessions so there are breaks in between.

    I haven't been to the mega spas you mentioned, but have been to Sir Spa. Sir Spa is micro mini compared to these other places. The locker room is cramped, there is a small steam room but that's it. I'd say for Sir Spa go for the services, not the amenities.

    I've had similar experience but it is rare, rather than typical. Recently i was in NYC for 4 days, same as a visiting provider. Texted him as soon as i landed but never heard back. There could be a variety of reasons why. Just like any business, you take it elsewhere when this happens. There are lots of providers who are more responsive.

    His ad this week said he’s in NYC April 1-5. I texted him on Apr 2. It’s now Apr 5, no response. 🤷🏻‍♂️

    Not “Dude Wipes”, but i had a previous provider who would wipe my feet with regular hand wipes before working on my feet. I did appreciate him doing that.

    It's unfortunate what you had to experience, and you have my empathy. So a few providers treated you poorly. Why drag Chicago down with it though? Your bad experience was between you and the providers. What’s Chicago got to do with that?

    When it first opened way back when, there were stuff going on. But it's been stopped and strictly therapeutic now.
