I’ve been to this place a couple times within the past couple months, and it really is hit or miss. They have Co-ed and men only times. I’ve only been there during men only times. There are two separate owners and so if you get a monthly pass, you have to make sure you are there on the specific days That the pass works. Their website details it all. as far as the action in this place, again, it has hit or miss. The times that I’ve been there have been completely packed where you have men that are standing in towels next to the entrances to get into the sauna or the steam room. They also have a cold bath, and give massages there. I have had three massages there, but there is no hanky-panky. there is action in the steam room, but you do have employees that walk around and open the doors every 15 minutes to see what’s going on in there. They also walk around in about every 30 minutes. Let everybody know that there should be no action going on, but that rarely stops anyone. Stroking yes oral yes haven’t seen anything else beyond that.

I’ve been to CMS several times and to be honest, it’s hit or miss. Danielle (description above) is great. Good massage and, well, you know the rest. Doesn’t try to upsell. In October I had Rodrigo. Great hands… but during the flip shared with me that a HE would be a $150 tip. That turned me off completely. I told him no thank you, and he continued to ask - I shared that I wasn’t interested and then decided to give this place a break for a while. I went back this weekend and made n appointment with Kevin, whom I’ve never seen before but read reviews on here. When I arrived I was escorted back to my room and when “Kevin” came in I told him that I would like firm pressure. The massage wasn’t firm at all and felt very mechanical. The masseur was mid-late 30s, Asian, on the shorter side. In the beginning there was the “I’m going to position myself right on your resting hand move” which I appreciated, but when I went in for the light squeeze, he moved himself away. Again, the massage felt very mechanical. At about the one hour mark, he started to lightly scratch/attempt to tickle my scrotum. This took place - literally - for about 5 minutes. Nothing else but lightly scratching. I was lifting my hips up, giving all the signs, and nothing. I lifted myself up, leaned into him, and asked for the extras. He said no. I flipped myself over, hard as a rock, and all I got was the bottle of oil to finish myself off. Deeply disappointed. When I checked out I got my card punch and the name he wrote on the card was Allen. The Allen described in previous post did not describe the guy I got. the only positive things about this is 1) now there is a sign in the rooms that state that the regular fee is just for the massage, and that the masseurs should not be asking anyone for a tip. Tips are for exceptional services and are highly recommended, but if you’re asked for a tip (an upsell), to talk to management. And 2) if you leave a good review on Google (I did not), you would get 50% off your next massage. I didn’t appreciate the switch between the guy that I made an appointment with and the guy that I got. Based on that, and my other experiences, I’d probably skip this place in the future.

They do… typically if you book for 90 minutes. I would highly recommend Danielle. 😈

Recently went on and had Leo. His pics online are accurate. The place, while small, is very clean and sets the tone. Leo was very nice, friendly and kept checking in on me. I asked for firm pressure and didn’t get that at all. When it came time for the flip, there was negotiations that went on that was a little off putting. He wanted way more than what I was willing to pay. We negotiated a little more. I will return but will look for a different Masseur. location - 5 stars leos looks - 5 stars the massage itself - 3 stars negotiations- negative star after the flip- 4 stars 😉
