Curious about extras, if anyone would drop me a DM.

@kesgarion Great description of Century, but there have definitely been changes over the years. It used to be mainly Korean, with anyone who wasn't obviously cruising. Everyone, as is usual, was totally nude. When it switched over to the majority being non-Korean, and obviously cruising, suddenly towels appeared. You'd think that guys cruising guys would welcome the freedom of nudity, but oddly... they don't, or at least they don't there. The cruising has also gotten a LOT more aggressive, and active. It's not uncommon for the owner to walk by the steam room and pound on the window to break up group "relaxation" going on, vaguely hidden in the mist.

I'm guessing I know who cried, based on my experience with one of those really not wanting to take "No" as an answer.

I've seen him, after a recommendation from a friend, who raved about him. Strictly therapeutic, strictly professional, no hint of extras. It was a really good massage, but his site shows all kinds of stretching, etc., advertising a completely unique experience, and maybe I just didn't ask for the right things, but it was a basic massage.

Since they're all the "ASK ME" types, does anyone have any rates for these guys?

Couple things... lol There used to be a guy on Twitter with this setup. He'd be under the table--there was draping around the edges to keep it like a lying gloryhole, with a mask on, and making a vid of the anonymous "member" dangling through the hole, and his hands and masked face in action. If someone is mildly handy, they could get pretty much the same table on Amazon for about $150, plus a hole saw and staple gun, for probably under $200. In an afternoon, you could get it done, and be busy that evening. 😜

Ok, they don't necessarily need to be muscled. I was following the format of the other thread. Are there really no "(might) top" masseurs in LA? 🤣

Not doubting your assessment, but could you expand a little to warn us what went wrong?

My experience was confusing. He's now 170 in/220 out, for 60mins, on his page. When I first met him, "in" was at a clinic, and was 120. Therapeutic, excellent, tipped 40. Second time was at my place (I have a table, so he just had to show up with oil), for the same 120, and I tried to tip 60, but he said it was too much, and gave me back 20. Third time, I handed over 160, and he made a comment. I said, the first time, he told me it was too much, so I gave him the same amount as last time, and he just said, "Hmm, old price... 'sOK, 'sOK, no problem." He never told me there was a new price, so I didn't feel TOO bad about it. How would I know there was a change? Not sure how many more times I saw him. While there was some vaguely progressive teasing, all were therapeutic, with the last time going the farthest, and him taking me right up to being blueb*lled, without specifically touching anywhere too graphic, and saying, "Okey, good.", and going to wash his hands. Again, the therapeutic is incredible, but I'm not sure what he considers "sensual" and who he's willing to do it for. Also, his Grindr went off once, so it's not because he's straight, and he very clearly hinted that he wasn't.

Hmm, I don't see any rates. Just the standard "Ask me". Although, I'm not a top, so I wonder what my rate would end up being.

I'm sure it's tricky to answer this publicly, so please feel free to DM me, but I need to ask. How do upsells work? Do they offer services before you get there? Are you mid-massage, and there's a sudden offer? Do they bluntly say, "For another $, I can ___ for you." I might not be hot enough. I don't know. But I haven't been up-sold yet, so curious how it happens. Was I supposed to make an offer to them?
