I don't know how much this applies to this specific person and don't mean it as a criticism of him or any of his clients, but while I think it's fine to discuss, there should be a 'statute of limitations' honor code sort of thing that applies, too. The more distant an experience was, the less predictive it may be of the present. As far as I can tell, these posts don't go away. If something (that was kinda bad but not horrific) happened five years ago and nothing similar has occurred recently (whether good or bad), I'm more likely to add grains of salt.
