If you added the provider as a Buddy or sent him a message, then he will remain in each list whether their account is active or not.
I don't remember usernames, but have some inactive profiles in My Buddy list and messages.

Always communicate the specifics of what you desire and he'll let you know if he can/will do it.
Regarding the specific workout pump. A pump can last for a few hours but depends on a variety of factors including the day's workout, nutrition and physical makeup. Not all pumps are created equal.
