Exactly, they can be listed separately for condos but not co-ops.

Are you sure it's not the other way around?  From the listings I can see, they show the taxes for condos but not co-ops.

For condos they could be separate, for co-ops generally not because there technically there is no ownership of separate units.

The RMasseur and RMen ads have the same phone number, but the RMasseur Pics show a fit guy but nowhere near the fitness mag cover guy in the RMen ad.  I'd be skeptical of who would answer the door.  The differences are great enough that I think I'd ask for Facetime.

Pretty much consistent with my experience with him almost three years ago.  Am pretty sure some of the current pics date from back then or earlier.
